About Me

I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 1998 and moved to Jackson, WY a few months later. I have over 2500 hours of therapeutic massage and bodywork training and 20+ years of hands on experience. With a love for learning I have traveled all over the world to study with masters.  More than a dozen trips to Thailand have given me a strong foundation in the healing art of Thai massage and I have taught numerous workshops on the subject.  In Belize, Mexico and throughout the states I had the honor of studying Maya Abdominal Therapy with Dr. Rosita Arvigo and senior instructors. I am also a certified yoga instructor and I teach alignment based classes that are spiritual, playful and joyful. As a lifelong student I feel that there are endless experiences and healing modalities that help me evolve. I am passionate about the potential of bodywork and yoga.  Drawing on my training and experiences I tailor  therapeutic sessions to meet the needs of each individual.
